TIC Transportes was founded in 1977 in São José dos Pinhais/PR, a city in the metropolitan region of Curitiba, by the Cichella brothers. Operations began on October 1, 1977, under the name Transportadora Irmãos Cichella Ltda. On December 17, 1979, the company changed its name to its current one: TIC Transportes Ltda. With business expansion and the consequent growth of its fleet, the company needed new facilities capable of adequately and functionally accommodating all its departments. Thus, in January 1987, TIC Transportes relocated to the Industrial City of Curitiba (CIC), where it remains to this day. TIC Transportes has always focused on providing services in the liquid bulk cargo road transportation sector. Transportation never stops—and neither does the story of TIC Transportes. It continues to be written daily by each of its employees.
