**Job Description:** * Monitor routes and drivers in real time via control tower systems. * Ensure on-time delivery, safety, and integrity of deliveries. * Perform data analysis and operate monitoring systems. * Provide service and support to drivers (routes, app, documentation). * Identify deviations, risks, delays, and other incidents during transit. * Escalate to responsible departments in cases of critical deviations. * Update delivery statuses and record all interactions in the system. * Support operational adjustments, reassignments, and coordination with schedulers and internal/external teams. **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Basic / intermediate Excel skills **Preferred:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Logistics
