Job Summary: Laser Machine Programmer to work for a renowned company in the field of part machining, responsible for programming, optimizing, and monitoring laser cutting. Key Highlights: 1. Program and optimize laser cutting machines for machining parts. 2. Interpret technical drawings and ensure the quality of produced parts. 3. Troubleshoot technical failures and support preventive maintenance. We are seeking a Laser Machine Programmer to join a renowned part machining company in Curitiba/PR. * Program the laser cutting machine according to technical drawings and project specifications. * Define, parameterize, and optimize process variables such as laser power, cutting speed, material type, and thickness. * Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production orders to determine the optimal cutting strategy. * Perform setup, fine-tuning, and calibration of the machine prior to production start. * Develop and adjust programs to maximize material utilization, reduce cutting time, and minimize waste. * Support machine operation by troubleshooting technical failures, programming errors, or process deviations. * Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify needs for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor and validate the quality of produced parts, ensuring dimensional conformity and required technical standards. **Requirements:** * Experience in programming laser machines. * Solid technical knowledge in programming, adjustment, and operation of flat and tube laser cutting machines. * Basic skills in SolidWorks. * Technical course in mechanical engineering or metallurgical field is desirable. * Advantage: Experience with ISO 9000\. **Benefits:** * Salary R$ 4\.000 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal allowance R$230 * Dental plan * On-site meal **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
