Focus on the sustainable development of cooperative members **Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan and execute technical assistance activities and demand generation for cooperative members, with moderate autonomy, including providing technical recommendations, agronomic prescriptions, crop planning, input sales, and participation in technical and financial projects, aiming to optimize productive and commercial results and contribute to the sustainable development of cooperative members. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Agronomy. Desirable: Pursuing a specialization in the field. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Intermediate knowledge of processes and routines in the area of operation, requiring minimal supervision. Knowledge of major crops. Valid MOPP certificate. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
