Join us at Landis\+Gyr, **where we manage energy better!** **Job Summary:** Landis\+Gyr is looking for a System Analyst (SAP) to support its operations in Brazil and contribute to global SAP initiatives, including the OneSAP project starting next year. This position will be responsible for internal SAP incident management, ABAP development, support in audits, tax configuration (TAXBRA), and basic SAP BASIS activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills in SAP ECC/HANA with solid functional knowledge to reduce the company’s dependency on external contractors and strengthen its internal SAP capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * SAP Internal Incident Management (ECC/HANA) Management of SAP incidents opened via service now by SAP users * Development / Maintenance of ABAP programs (ECC/ HANA) Development or maintenance of ABAP Z or SAP standard programs * SAP Basis Incident Management (ECC/HANA) Opening incidents for SAP BASIS ITESYS partner * SAP Audits Management (SOD Segregation of Duties, SOX, ITGC) Participate in internal/external audits, perform SOX/ITCG SAP controls, maintain updated SAP control reports * TAXBRA support (SD/MM) Maintenance of MM/SD tax tables via TAXBRA, creation of new VAT, support and correction of errors related to TAXBRA * SAP SPRO Customization Maintenance/Development of general customization via SPRO transaction. * Opening/Managing incidents on the SAP portal Opening incidents on the SAP portal and applying SAP Notes **Requirements:** * Fluent English or Intermediate * Graduate or Postgraduate in IT * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * SAP Certification – Optional * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or having participated in SAP S/4HANA implementation * Advanced knowledge of ABAP * Basic Knowledge in SAP BASIS * Knowledge of TAXBRA (Necessary for Brazilian Tax Reform) * Basic knowledge of SAP DRC Brazil Option * Knowledge of Data Governance in SAP * Have experience with SAP audits * Functional knowledge of the main SAP modules (QM, MM, PP, CO, FI, SD) for incident triage.
