Job Summary: The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for structuring and implementing the operations system of a new warehouse center, managing materials and optimizing flows to ensure logistical efficiency. Manage materials and components with different characteristics, ensuring precise inventory control. Minimize losses and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid production interruptions. Optimize material inflow, movement, and outflow to increase logistical efficiency. Establish a safety system aligned with Brazilian regulations and global standards. Manage the inbound and outbound processes of raw materials and components. Continuously improve warehousing operations (loading, storage, handling, and shipping). Input and control inventory data in the ERP system (SAP). Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory status checks. Collaborate with logistics and planning departments to ensure supply according to production plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote workplace improvements. Work jointly with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, SCM, R&D) and external partners (suppliers, regulatory agencies, etc.).
