Quality assurance and excellence in internal processes **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:12–18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Map, analyze, and model internal processes and those related to the company's client projects. Implement and ensure process standardization and performance excellence; propose improvements to optimize processes and increase productivity. Monitor action plans daily to meet the quality program requirements established by the factory. Ensure implementation of processes developed by the company and the factory, maintaining disciplined execution to guarantee a unified standard and excellence in meeting customer needs across all units. Help promote the culture of Quality and Process Management. Ensure alignment of Processes and Quality across all departments. Participate in meetings and training sessions whenever necessary and relevant to the role. Report any non-conformities identified during process audits and monitor their resolution. Provide internal departments with necessary inputs for developing action plans that ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. Work on innovation-driven projects, committing to continuous evolution and learning, contract analysis expertise, Compliance knowledge, and legal actions and documents related to environmental areas. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields; Willingness to travel; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate or advanced Excel skills; Desirable: experience in process mapping and ability to quickly learn new systems; Familiarity with the NBS system and the MGP (Model of Excellence in Management) will be considered advantageous.
