Senior Instructor (or) Technician – Focus on Forest Machinery Maintenance | Telêmaco Borba / PR **Learn about our challenge:** We seek a Senior Instructor (or) Technician to develop and train forest machinery maintenance teams. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to new professionals, continuously updating the knowledge of maintenance teams, and disseminating best practices in diagnosis, maintenance, and safety—contributing to operational excellence, increased equipment availability, and people development. **Key Responsibilities:** Plan, prepare, and deliver theoretical and practical training on forest machinery and equipment maintenance Train and support the technical development of mechanics and maintenance professionals, promoting continuous team advancement Conduct field follow-ups to identify training needs and opportunities for performance improvement Disseminate best practices in maintenance, fault diagnosis, operational safety, and use of forest equipment **Additional Information:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Work Model:** 100% on-site **Work Location:** Telêmaco Borba / PR Willingness to travel occasionally between regional units Requirements and Qualifications Completed Technical Education in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or related fields Proven experience in maintenance of forest machinery and equipment Experience in training, capacity building, and development of mechanics and maintenance technicians Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, electronic systems, diesel engines, and transmissions of forest machinery Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing reports, presentations, and technical materials Excellent communication, teaching, and training facilitation skills for diverse audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** Certification or additional training in Instruction, Technical Training, or People Development Experience with John Deere, Komatsu, Ponsse, or similar forest machinery Experience in the Paper & Pulp industry or forestry operations Driver’s License Category B or higher Intermediate technical English proficiency. .
