Join us in driving this transformation! **Location: Francisco Beltrão** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise, inspect, and control engineering construction projects, ensuring execution complies with designs, schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and budget constraints. * Monitor and inspect the execution of civil and infrastructure construction works. * Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with technical designs, specifications, and current regulations. * Track physical progress schedules and support deadline management for construction projects. * Verify measurements of completed services and assist in payment processes to contractors. * Control material quantities and consumption. * Record and monitor non-conformities, proposing technical solutions. * Support contract management for construction projects and service providers. * Conduct field inspections and prepare technical reports. * Monitor construction performance indicators. * Support resolution of technical interferences during execution. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. * Attend construction meetings with internal teams and contractors. * Support preparation of physical progress reports for construction projects. * Develop and monitor project and construction performance indicators. * Prepare technical reports and managerial presentations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Environmental, or related fields). * Mandatory: Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Preferred: Experience in project planning or project engineering, technical analysis, and schedule management. * Project and construction planning. * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * Scope, schedule, and cost management. * Schedule development. * Applicable technical standards and regulations. * MS Project or Primavera. * Advanced Excel. * AutoCAD (preferred). * Power BI (preferred).
