**Payroll Analyst** We are looking for a **Payroll Analyst** with solid experience in the complete payroll process and knowledge in **payroll system implementation**, **ancillary obligations**, and **eSocial compliance**. We seek a detail-oriented, committed professional with a strong sense of responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Process and verify payroll (monthly, vacations, 13th salary, terminations, advances, etc.); * Actively participate in **payroll system implementation projects**, including configurations and testing; * Calculate and perform closing of labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Generate and submit **legal obligations**: eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED, DCTFWeb, and SEFIP; * Manage and maintain benefits and absences; * Support internal/external audits and inspections; * Ensure compliance with legal and labor deadlines; * Provide support to internal departments and clarify employee inquiries regarding payslips, taxes, and other payroll-related matters. **Requirements:** * Proven prior experience in the role; * Advanced knowledge of payroll processes and related charges; * Experience with **payroll system implementation** (preferred: Domínio, Questor, or others); * Proficiency in **eSocial** and ancillary obligations; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium to large-sized companies; * Involvement in payroll system implementation or migration projects; * Knowledge of up-to-date labor and social security legislation. **Employment Type and Benefits:** * Employment type: CLT * Work Model: On-site Job type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$5\.081,61 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
