




**Responsibilities:** Conduct the entire recruitment and selection process: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up; Perform onboarding, document verification, employee orientation, and personnel record updates; Monitor and manage timekeeping, working hours adjustments; Support leadership in feedback processes, alignment meetings, and routine daily interactions; Organize training sessions, maintain attendance records and training-related reports and metrics; Administer benefits: employee enrollment, modifications, monthly benefit purchases (transportation allowance, mobility allowance, meal allowance), and vendor communications; Process full payroll: input payroll events (absences, tardiness, allowances, overtime); Provide employee support by answering questions and guiding employees on internal policies; Develop and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal departmental controls; Contribute to initiatives related to organizational climate, onboarding, and internal communication. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Strong organizational skills, effective communication, responsibility, and ability to work independently; Basic knowledge of HR routines and labor legislation; Proficiency in Excel and HR information systems.
