**Responsibilities:** * Monthly payroll closing (calculation, verification, and report generation), biweekly payroll advances for Group companies; * Calculation of termination settlements and coordination of union homologations, as well as conducting in-house homologations; * Vacation calculation, system entry, distribution of vacation receipts, and scheduling with Finance; * Control of loan entries; * Control and application of fine deductions in payroll; * Management and maintenance of alimony payments, including entries for respective companies and scheduling with Finance; * Monthly submission of payroll, employee, and PAT (Programa de Alimentação do Trabalhador) reports; * In-person and WhatsApp-based support to employees; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Perform other duties related to the position. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior experience in this role; * Proficiency in the **SENIOR system**; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:12–18:00 Work Location: São José dos Pinhais / PR *Company offers a 30% hazard pay supplement on base salary.
