**What we need for this position** The Accounting Analyst will work in an analytical and collaborative manner, contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and the reliability of figures that support the company's strategic decisions. **What you will encounter on a daily basis** * Perform accounting entries and monthly accruals; * Analyze and reconcile accounts such as payroll, fixed assets, suppliers, and taxes; * Review accounting classifications and ensure accuracy of balances; * Participate in system improvement projects and ERP migrations; * Ensure adherence to the accounting closing schedule and issuance of financial statements; * Support the team in calculating and reconciling income statement and balance sheet accounts; * Execute and review accounting reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings within established deadlines; * Prepare and review financial statements and management reports; * Ensure accounting practices comply with IFRS and internal policies; * Propose and implement process improvements, automations, and internal controls; * Support initiatives for integration and digitalization of accounting processes. **What it is important for you to have** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting; * Experience with reconciliations and accounting closing; * Knowledge of accounting standards (BRGAAP and IFRS); * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, StarSoft, or similar); * Knowledge of internal controls and auditing; * Active CRC registration is desirable. **Our Benefits**: Salary BRL 4,500.00; Caju BRL 1,244.00 per month to use as you wish: food, mobility, culture, and education; Amil health plan with 100% paid by us!
