




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative Collections Assistant to handle customer service and debt negotiation while maintaining ethical and professional conduct. If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy working in customer service and negotiations, this opportunity may be right for you. **Requirements:** Previous experience in customer service; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Completed high school education; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Availability to work Monday through Saturday — 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Experience in collections is a plus. **Desirable:** Experience in collections is a plus. **Responsibilities:** Make proactive calls to customers with outstanding debts; Inform customers of amounts owed, due dates, and payment terms; Negotiate payment options (installments, discounts, agreements); Record information and agreements in the system; Guide customers on available payment methods and consequences of non-payment; Maintain an ethical, respectful, and professional attitude, even in conflict situations. **Additional Instructions**: Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes lunch break); **What We Offer**: Fixed salary; Variable compensation; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Corporate uniform; CLT employment contract (permanent).
