Use of official systems and channels for collections **Job Description:** ---------------------- Handle collections from delinquent customers (31 to 120 days overdue or as instructed), conducting ethical and effective negotiations via WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail, in accordance with discount policies and guidelines. Accurately record all interactions, ensure follow\-up until payment, prioritize sustainable agreements, and avoid defaults or renegotiations.
