If you are organized, communicative, and enjoy working in customer service and negotiations, this opportunity may be for you. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Making proactive calls to customers with outstanding debts; * Informing customers of amounts, deadlines, and debt terms; * Negotiating payment methods (installments, discounts, and agreements); * Recording information and agreements reached in the system; * Guiding customers on payment methods and possible consequences of non-payment; * Maintaining an ethical, respectful, and professional demeanor, even in conflict situations. **What we are looking for:** * Prior experience in customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Completed high school education; * Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office); * Experience in collections is a plus. **What we offer:** * Fixed salary: BRL 1,900.93; * Seasonal performance-based bonuses; * Meal allowance: BRL 22.00 per workday (approximately BRL 550.00 per month); * Transportation allowance; * CLT employment contract (permanent). **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break).
