Administrative Assistant – Portfolio Leader We are looking for an organized, communicative, and responsible individual to manage the administrative operations of a rental portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners and tenants throughout the lease term, ensuring that administrative, financial, and operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires process-oriented thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, as it connects various daily tasks and directly contributes to our customers' experience. ? Key Responsibilities ? Provide customer service and support to property owners and tenants during the lease period ? Monitor and organize property maintenance requests ? Conduct negotiations between landlords and tenants when necessary ? Enter financial data into the system ? Generate and send rent payment slips and other invoices ? Generate and send disbursement statements to property owners ? Request payments from service providers ? Request payments for property-related bills ? Manage rent and fee arrears ? Conduct negotiations regarding rent adjustments and contract renewals ?
