Record property accounts and due dates in control spreadsheets. Organize and save invoices in Google Drive. Record and track payments in the Sankhya system. Verify invoice payment status. Handle requests via Demanda+ (hiring, termination, and replacement). Audit electronic equipment inventory. Ship equipment when available or guide procurement when unavailable. Prepare responsibility agreements. Open supply-related incidents in WebSetrata and monitor signature status.
