Job Summary: Responsible for conducting financial transaction assessments and controls, monitoring cash flow, collections, and investments, as well as organizing documents and preparing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Perform financial transaction and cash flow control. 2. Monitor collections, investments, and organize documents. 3. Record invoices and input information for financial reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct financial transaction assessments and controls. * Monitor cash flow, collections, investments, and organize documents. * Responsible for sending/preparing invoices and payment slips to clients via e\-mail. * Monitor customer delinquency and issue collection notices. * Record input invoices for products and services through the system. * Input data to support preparation of accounts payable and receivable reports (e.g., Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, ABC Curve, etc.). **Requirements:** * Experience in the finance role/area. * Completed High School education. * Easy access to the Quississana neighborhood. **Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m. * One or two Saturdays per month. (Remote work). * Company located in the Quississana neighborhood of São José dos Pinhais. **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 2\.200 (negotiable) \+ Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance \+ Meal Voucher (R$30.00 per day) \+ Health Insurance \+ Dental Plan \+ Study Grant Program \+ Overtime Pay.
