Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and moving vehicles in a dealership yard, ensuring inventory coordination and control. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate vehicle movement and organization in the yard. 2. Perform vehicle inventory inspection and control. 3. Provide essential support to logistics and vehicle display. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Receive vehicles arriving from the factory; * Inspect vehicles received from the factory, following insurance and/or warranty procedures; * Request car washes if necessary; * Organize and supervise vehicle placement in the dealership yard, ensuring the area remains well-organized and optimized to facilitate access and movement; * Perform checklists for moved vehicles and identify potential damages; * Monitor vehicle inventory; * Deliver vehicles for accessory installation at scheduled times; * Deliver vehicles for bodywork repairs; * Move vehicles to the showroom; * Deliver vehicles to the delivery room; * Separate sold vehicles; * Generate reports on sold vehicles and dispatch them to the appropriate location; * Support car washers and preparers; * Coordinate vehicle movement to ensure efficient and damage-free delivery for display, washing, maintenance, or customer handover. * Record and monitor vehicle entry and exit logs, as well as manage required documentation for each vehicle in inventory. * Monitor yard conditions, ensuring area maintenance, conservation, cleanliness, and orderly arrangement of displayed vehicles. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Mandatory: 6 months of experience; * Preferred: Prior experience in team coordination or yard management, especially within vehicle dealerships or automotive sector companies. **Qualifications:** * Communication * Attention to detail * Observant * Organization * Leadership vision * Proactivity * Teamwork **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
