Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for material receipt, movement, and storage, performing invoice verification, inventory organization, and loading/unloading monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Material inventory organization and control. 2. Participation in shipping, receiving, and invoice verification. 3. Proposal of improvements to company procedures. Receives, moves, and stores materials. Receives and verifies incoming material invoices, checking quantities, descriptions, and general conditions of materials and packaging; Participates in shipping and receiving, control, maintenance, cleaning, and sector organization. Monitors loading and unloading, interprets invoices, and verifies receipt against purchase orders; Organizes material storage, preserving physical integrity and usability conditions; Separates requested materials and delivers them to external workshops; Delivers materials to requesters and records material issuance or withdrawal from inventory via system; Enters invoices into the system; Requests purchases of spare parts for inventory and emergency needs; Conducts cyclic/rotating inventory counts; Proposes improvements to company procedures.
