Job Summary: A professional is required for logistics analysis and ERP system migration to SAP HANA, focusing on demand management, procurement, purchase order tracking, and inventory control for prototype engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in prototype engineering projects using SAP HANA 2. Management of domestic demand and procurement for prototypes 3. Interface with engineering teams and suppliers Objective: This RFP defines the requirements, responsibilities, and evaluation criteria for hiring a qualified third-party professional with proven experience in logistics analysis, configuration, and migration to SAP's next-generation ERP system based on in-memory SAP HANA technology at Horse LATAM, supporting Prototype Engineering activities. Job Description * Manage prototype demand for engineering projects * Ensure component procurement according to the project's BOM list * Track and manage purchase orders to guarantee delivery deadlines * Control inventory, component receipt, and stock write-offs Responsibilities * Procure domestic parts as required by Prototype Engineering o Supplier contact / quotation / purchasing analysis / follow-up with project team * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines o Provide project teams with supplier-confirmed delivery timelines * Follow up with domestic suppliers and address delivery or timeline deviations * Request and track domestic freight shipments * Receive, inspect, and organize prototype parts * Maintain control and organization of tasks and documentation * Serve as an interface with engineering, procurement, product engineering, and internal mail Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in domestic procurement and purchase order tracking * Knowledge of domestic freight and logistics routines * Proficiency in Excel Evaluation Criteria * Highly organized individual, attentive to details and deadlines * Proactive with strong interpersonal skills * Capable of handling multiple demands in a dynamic prototype environment * 100% on-site work Salary: R$7,000.00 + Benefits Meal Allowance (VR) and Health Insurance *Work Location:* Borda do Campo – São José dos Pinhais, PR Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
