Quality and compliance management in hospital environment **About the position** We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to work in a hospital environment, responsible for supervising cleaning, laundry, and warehouse activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with healthcare sector standards. The professional will lead a team of **19 cleaning officers**, ensuring proper execution of operational routines and adherence to hospital protocols. **Main responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the hospital cleaning team. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and disinfection protocols. * Monitor and oversee **laundry** activities (collection, distribution, and linen control). * Manage the **warehouse** for cleaning supplies and consumables. * Prepare work schedules and attendance records. * Conduct operational training and refresher courses for the team. * Monitor quality and productivity indicators. * Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Resolve conflicts and support the team. * Maintain communication with hospital administration and contract management. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Experience leading operational teams. * Experience in professional cleaning services. * Basic knowledge of inventory control and administrative routines. * Completed high school education. **Preferred:** * Experience in hospital cleaning. * Knowledge of CCIH protocols and biosafety. * Courses in facilities management or hospital hospitality. **Desired competencies** * Leadership and people management * Organization and sense of priority * Clear and assertive communication * Proactivity and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and focus on quality.
