Job Summary: Professional to assist in loading, unloading, receiving, drying, cleaning, and storing grains, with organization and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Operational activities in a grain production environment 2. Essential support to departments during harvest season 3. Requires commitment, attention, and responsibility **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in loading and unloading of goods/grains; * Support receiving, drying, cleaning, and storage of grains; * Organize yard, warehouse, and production area; * Operate simple equipment (when required and authorized); * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the work environment; * Provide support to other operational departments throughout the entire harvest period; * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education; * Easy access to the region or personal transportation; * Availability for flexible hours and shift work; * Physical stamina for tasks requiring physical effort; * Commitment, attention, and responsibility; * Prior experience in operational roles is preferred (not mandatory). **SALARY** * R$ 1\.950,00 **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:30; Saturdays: 08:00 to 12:00 (with availability for shifts) **BENEFITS** * Attendance Bonus: R$ 500,00 * Meal Voucher: R$ 700,00 Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
