Job Summary: A cook responsible for food preparation and plating, operating kitchen equipment, cleaning the work area, and storing items in compliance with hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Food handling safety and hygiene Job Description: Working Hours: * From 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM, with a 1-hour break; * Rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off; * One weekly day off and one Sunday off per month. Mandatory Requirements: * Prior experience in this role; * Culinary or gastronomy training. Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare food quickly and efficiently according to instructions; * Follow recipes, plating, and presentation specifications; * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area to ensure safety and sanitation; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen and equipment; * Store items as required; * Adhere to food hygiene and handling standards.
