




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting in food preparation, sanitation, organization, and adherence to kitchen safety standards, supporting the chef in various tasks. Active collaboration in pre-preparation and plating of dishes Responsible for supporting food preparation, sanitizing utensils and work areas, organizing ingredients, restocking the kitchen, and complying with safety regulations and good food handling practices. Assists the chef in pre\-preparation, plating of dishes, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen environment. Work schedule: 6x1 (Tuesday to Sunday); days off every Monday and one Sunday per month. Working hours: 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM Salary \+ commission \+ transportation allowance \+ meal benefit.
