Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, handling, storing, and organizing materials, performing inspections, dispatch, inventory control, and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Receives and verifies incoming invoices for purchased materials, checking quantities, descriptions, and general condition of materials and packaging; Handles dispatch and receipt, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department; Monitors loading and unloading, interprets invoices, and cross-checks receipts against purchase orders; Organizes material storage while preserving physical integrity and usability conditions; Sorts requested materials and delivers them to external workshops; Delivers materials to requesters and records material issuance or withdrawal from inventory via system; Enters invoices into the system; Submits purchase requests for spare parts—both for inventory replenishment and emergency needs; Conducts cyclical/rotational inventory counts; Proposes improvements to company procedures.
