Develop skills and grow professionally As an administrative apprentice, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments of the company, helping maintain efficient internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Sorting, storage, labeling, inventory counting, cleaning, and organizing the Shipping Department. * Assist in supply management, inventory control, and material requisitions; * Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations; * Support the organization of internal and external company events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (night shift); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Military service certificate/exemption document, available from age 17; * Age between 15 and 21 years old; * Flexible availability for scheduling. **Additional Information** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM or 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Company-provided transportation and transportation allowance; * Unimed health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Pharmacy card; * Wellhub.
