Description

Job Summary: Support various activities in civil construction, building maintenance, and general organization, covering demolition, masonry, installations, painting, and repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional support in civil construction and building maintenance. 2. Roof repairs and maintenance. 3. Yard organization and post-construction cleaning. Main Responsibilities: * Support demolition, backfilling and compaction, masonry, concrete structures, roughcast and plastering, general painting services, electrical and hydraulic installations, window and door installations, assisting skilled workers, and furniture demobilization. * Support general building maintenance, including repairs to installations, painting, and asphalt work. * Yard organization, final cleaning, and site cleanup; * Perform roof repairs and maintenance. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
