Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location:** City, State (Operation Name) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform building maintenance and conservation services involving masonry, cladding materials, and structural repairs; * Construct walls and floors using masonry or concrete, measuring the site, leveling, stringing lines and plumb lines, laying floor tiles, ceramic tiles, and other cladding materials, performing re-framing, and executing bonding per received instructions; * Interpret construction or renovation blueprints, following specifications contained therein; * Carry out civil works activities (e.g., constructing walls, boxes, inspection chambers, covers, grates) and other concrete and masonry structures; * Restore pavements (sidewalks / asphalt), supporting soil replacement operations using specific equipment; plan required materials for activities, requesting them when necessary; * Remove debris with support from a Munck truck; * Perform inspection chamber (IC) construction, sidewalk restoration, asphalt restoration, etc. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Primary education. * Valid Driver’s License Class B is mandatory. * Preferred: Aptitude for technology.
