Job Summary: Represent Leal Civil, prospecting new business opportunities and strengthening the brand’s presence in earthmoving, demolition, drainage, and heavy equipment rental. Key Highlights: 1. Support the preparation of commercial proposals **Company:** Leal Civil Construção de Obras Ltda. **Sector:** Commercial / Sales **Reports to:** Commercial or Administration Directorate **Job Mission** Represent Leal Civil before customers and partners, seeking new business opportunities, presenting services in **earthmoving, demolition, drainage, and heavy equipment rental**, reinforcing brand presence in the market, and expanding the customer portfolio. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect new customers through on-site visits to construction sites, construction companies, and sector-related enterprises. * Promote the **Leal Civil** brand and its services, presenting institutional materials and the company’s portfolio. * Conduct periodic visits for **maintaining relationships with existing customers**. * Register new customers in the system (name, construction site address, contact person, required service type, etc.). * Use the **company car** and corporate card in accordance with internal policies. * Gather basic technical information about visited sites (soil type, area size, required equipment). * Support the **preparation of commercial proposals**, forwarding information to the technical department. * Maintain a weekly report of visits, contacts, and ongoing negotiations. * Achieve prospecting and closing targets defined by management. **Desired Profile** * **Proactive, communicative, and initiative-driven** profile. * Strong personal presentation and professional demeanor. * Ability in **negotiation, argumentation, and active listening**. * Organized and committed to results. * Willingness to travel daily between construction sites and customers. * **Experience in civil construction, equipment rental, or earthmoving** is desirable. **Technical Competencies** * Basic knowledge of civil works, earthmoving equipment, and field services. * Fundamental proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel), WhatsApp Business, and Google Maps. * Ability to record and track visits. **Education** * Completed high school (technical or undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering, Administration, or related fields preferred). **Employment Type and Conditions** * CLT employment or Service Provider (to be determined). * Monday–Friday schedule, with travel to customers and construction sites. * Use of company car and corporate card for authorized expenses.
