The professional will be responsible for managing the contract technical office with DER/PR, coordinating modeling routines, measurements, consolidation of technical information, and the interface between field and office. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering. * Proven experience in infrastructure projects (execution, supervision, and/or design). * Practical experience in BIM applied to pavement construction. * Proficiency in Civil 3D software. * Experience in volume calculation and support for surveying team management. * Experience in preparing measurement reports and supplementary technical reports. * Experience with public contracts (preferably DER/PR), especially in measurement routines and contractual compliance. * Ability to interface between field and office teams, ensuring compatibility between design and execution.
