Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to support inventory control by recording inflows and outflows, requesting materials, and organizing the warehouse. Key Highlights: 1. Assist with inventory counts and distribution of PPEs. **Connect to a new opportunity!** Who we’re looking for: An **Inventory Assistant** to support inventory control activities through appropriate recordkeeping—including logging inflows and outflows—to facilitate material restocking, request purchases of missing items, and manage product and goods storage. Location: Piên / PR Key Responsibilities: · Assist with inventory control requirements; · Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization; · Monitor and control inventory levels, material inflows, and outflows; · Record and report on low-stock or out-of-stock materials; · Identify out-of-stock items and request their purchase for replenishment; · Assist with inventory counts / material audits; · Verify that received or dispatched items match those listed on the Invoice; · Sort materials for return; · Distribute materials and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to employees and maintain related records. · Qualifications · Completed High School education. · Proven experience in the above-listed activities within chemical, petrochemical, or oil industries.
