Job Summary:
Senior Quality Professional to manage and develop procedures, process flows, and quality management systems, with focus on ISO9001, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organize and develop quality management procedures;
* Map and develop process flows and implement them;
* Implement quality practices, preparing for ISO9001 implementation;
* Develop Bendertec's production system;
* Monitor and maintain the strategic plan;
* Monitor progress and perform critical analysis of each department's KPIs, ensuring continuity;
* Develop and maintain Bendertec's Value Stream Map;
* Implement and maintain SIPOC for all Bendertec departments;
* Participate in procedure development across all departments, supporting implementation and training;
* Organize and deliver department-specific training;
* Implement and maintain CA\-60 Bender certification;
* Receive and record external and internal nonconformities;
* Analyze the root cause of nonconformities;
* Address nonconformities using quality tools;
* Monitor and support implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities;
* Provide feedback to departments regarding nonconformities;
* Visit customers and job sites to support customer needs;
* Perform after-sales activities when required;
* Provide technical support to the commercial area regarding Bendertec products;
* Conduct physical material inspections when required;
* Manage quality-related matters with suppliers;
* Implement productivity enhancement programs;
* Develop cost reduction projects;
* Implement Kaizen programs for specific topics;
* Promote Lean manufacturing culture;
* Develop Six Sigma projects;
* Perform other quality-related tasks or assist other company departments as requested.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields
Postgraduate degree in Quality
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years working in Quality
LANGUAGES: Intermediate English
TRAINING: Lean Manufacturing
