




Job Summary: Senior Quality professional to manage and implement quality management systems, processes, and improvements, with emphasis on continuous optimization and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in implementing quality management systems (ISO9001) 2. Development and optimization of production and quality processes 3. Focus on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize and develop quality management procedures; * Map and develop process flows and implement them; * Implement quality practices, preparing for ISO9001 implementation; * Develop Bendertec's production system; * Monitor and maintain the strategic plan; * Monitor progress and perform critical analysis of each department's KPIs, ensuring continuity; * Develop and maintain Bendertec's Value Stream Map; * Implement and maintain SIPOC for all Bendertec departments; * Participate in developing procedures across all departments, supporting implementation and training; * Organize and deliver department-specific training; * Implement and maintain CA\-60 Bender certification; * Receive and record external and internal nonconformities; * Analyze the root causes of nonconformities; * Address nonconformities using quality tools; * Monitor and support implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities; * Provide feedback to departments regarding nonconformities; * Visit customers and job sites to support customer needs; * Perform after-sales activities when necessary; * Provide technical support to the commercial area regarding Bendertec products; * Conduct physical material inspections when necessary; * Manage quality-related issues with suppliers; * Implement productivity improvement programs; * Develop cost reduction projects; * Implement Kaizen programs for specific topics; * Promote a Lean manufacturing culture; * Develop Six Sigma projects; * Perform other quality-related tasks or assist other company departments as requested. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields Postgraduate degree in Quality PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years working in Quality LANGUAGES: Intermediate English TRAINING: Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: Microsoft Office Suite ERP KNOWLEDGE: Manufacturing processes Problem solving Quality Management System 5S PDCA ISO9001 SKILLS / COMPETENCIES 1 Systems thinking: Seeing beyond specialties and technicalities, possessing broad general knowledge.
