Compliance with quality and safety standards **Brief Description:** Perform operations in Biological Filling, carrying out productive, organizational, cleaning activities, and assisting in the operation of equipment and systems. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in handling raw materials for use in liquid/turf-based filling; * Count bags during filling; * Complete process checklists, recording necessary information for product traceability; * Homogenize turf-based inoculant; * Assist in sterilization procedures for filling lines; * Assist in performing preventive maintenance to prevent contamination on filling machines, flow modules, and filling lines; * Perform filling using semi-automatic machines; * Fill turf-based inoculant using a peristaltic pump; * Perform weighing and replenishment using sterile peat bags or packages; * Assist in CIP (Clean-in-Place, a chemical cleaning method for internal pipeline washing) procedures on transfer lines; * Work in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental standards.
