If you identify with the requirements and responsibilities described above, apply now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physicochemical analyses and evaluate results for coagulation system control. * Comply with company guidelines related to internal standards, quality and environmental audits in the areas of paint coagulation and material storage. * Organize and maintain cleanliness of containment basins in the material dosing area, centrifuges, storage, and sludge removal zones. * Continuously monitor and assess the visual and physical appearance of sludge generated in the flow jet, verifying presence of solid or solidified materials. * Monitor and record consumption of chemical materials used in paint coagulation within control logs and checklists. * Manage inventory of products used in the paint coagulation area (ESKA). * Perform the "Jar Test" procedure per technical specifications. * Monitor process tank levels according to defined parameters, ensuring uninterrupted water circulation through booths, preventing overflows or line stoppages due to level failures. * Conduct startup and operation of centrifuges responsible for paint sludge removal. * Complete daily reports and the general sector checklist, ensuring full traceability of operations. * Prepare products designated for dosing into the coagulation system. * Provide labor for system startup, draining, and shutdown, ensuring no adverse impact on processes or facilities—including early production starts before weekends or holidays, or **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Education in Chemistry; Driver's License (Class B) for forklift operation; Desirable: NR11 training (Forklift); Desirable: Knowledge of inventory and logistics; Basic Microsoft Office package; Willingness to work overtime; Desire to learn, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills.
