We are seeking a Process Operator to join our Packaging and Hygiene Solutions business segment. In Packaging and Hygiene Solutions, our application expertise, the use of the latest data-driven process management technologies, digital services, and a comprehensive portfolio of chemical solutions help our customers improve sustainability, operational efficiency, productivity, and final product quality. This position is based in Telêmaco Borba, Paraná, Brazil. **Key responsibilities include:** * Operating production equipment (e.g., reactors, pumps, valves) in accordance with internal procedures and safety, health, quality, and environmental requirements; * Performing bulk raw material unloading and finished product loading; * Collecting and dispatching samples to the laboratory, as well as conducting analyses for process control; * Reporting maintenance needs—corrective, preventive—or opportunities for improvement to the supervisor; * Reporting unsafe conditions and acts, contributing to continuous improvement; * Operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as required. **Required qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Pulp and Paper * Production-area experience (a plus) * Teamwork, proactivity, and commitment to safety and quality **What we offer:** * An environment that values autonomy and encourages continuous improvement * A collaborative, experienced team focused on development * Modern tools and working practices enabling high performance * A diverse, inclusive, and international culture, with a safe and welcoming environment.
