Collaborate with various departments such as engineering, production, and quality Industrial Process Coordinator We are seeking a professional to structure, standardize, and continuously improve production processes in an industrial environment. This position involves both operational and analytical responsibilities, with close supervision from leadership and a focus on efficiency, quality, and evolution of industrial routines. Foz do Iguaçu/PR \| CLT \| On-site Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate, map, and standardize industrial and production processes * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, and costs * Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma) * Ensure technical documentation of processes and work instructions * Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and safety departments * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities * Support audits and implementation of new processes and technologies * Train and guide operational teams Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields) * Experience coordinating/managing industrial processes * Experience in industrial environments and manufacturing of machines/equipment * Knowledge of continuous improvement and process management * Analytical, organized profile with technical leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in Process Management, Production, or Quality * Experience with Lean Manufacturing * Knowledge of industrial ERP systems * Technical English or Spanish Benefits: * Meal Allowance: BRL 850.00/month * Unimed Health Plan * Transportation Allowance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
