Job Summary: URBIA CATARATAS S/A, the concessionaire of Iguaçu National Park, is seeking a Construction Engineer to manage and execute field projects. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor progress URBIA CATARATAS S/A, the concessionaire responsible for managing tourism operations at Iguaçu National Park—which houses the Iguaçu Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World in Foz do Iguaçu/PR—is seeking a CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER to join our ENGINEERING team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage contracted companies, service fronts, and overtime hours; * Lead field project implementation and execution, from planning through closure; * Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor activity progress; * Ensure quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with standards and procedures; * Manage scope changes and their impacts on timeline and cost; * Develop and present KPIs, BI reports, management reports, and executive presentations; * Maintain communication with stakeholders and support departments such as Engineering, Safety, Environment, Quality, Planning, and Costs.
