**We are looking for a Physical-Chemical Laboratory Supervisor** to lead and oversee laboratory routines, ensuring the quality of tests, compliance with technical standards, process safety, and the team’s good performance. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the technical team in physical-chemical laboratory activities; * Plan, monitor, and validate physical-chemical analyses and tests, ensuring result reliability; * Ensure compliance with quality, biosafety, and good laboratory practice standards; * Monitor equipment calibration, verification, and maintenance; * Control and supervise the use, storage, and inventory of reagents, supplies, and materials; * Develop, review, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs); * Record, analyze, and report results, non-conformities, and performance indicators; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legislation; * Promote team training and capacity building. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related fields; * Proven experience in physical-chemical laboratories; * Knowledge of physical-chemical analysis techniques; * Familiarity with quality and safety standards (GLP, ISO, ANVISA, or similar); * Proficiency in computer applications and laboratory management systems; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, critical thinking, and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in laboratory supervision or coordination; * Experience with audits and quality management systems; * Knowledge of method validation and statistical control. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 / 14:00–18:00 * Saturday: 08:00–12:00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting at R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
