




Description: What we expect from you: * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering fields such as Production, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related areas; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; It will be a differentiator if you have: * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with Green Belt or Black Belt certification; * Map and document processes, identifying bottlenecks and critical points, aiming to promote improvements; * Manage improvement projects, coordinating with stakeholders and serving as technical lead for Lean tools, with the objective of improving productivity indicators (OEE) and other organizational metrics, promoting cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous improvement; * Establish metrics to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of improvement projects, ensuring efficient results; * Apply tools and techniques from the Lean philosophy; * Conduct training sessions for other employees on topics related to the Lean philosophy, and use internal communication to promote and strengthen Lean through internal initiatives; * Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, promoting employee involvement in identifying and implementing improvement ideas (Kaizen Program); * Ensure that Posigraf's processes operate efficiently and effectively by applying regulatory requirements to company processes and procedures; * Take ownership of managing processes across the production chain, ensuring compliance with established standards, adherence to certification requirements, and active engagement from all stakeholders 2509180202241741618
