




Job Summary: Assists the Pastry Chef in preparing sweets, cakes, and pies; monitors cooking processes; assists with packaging and pricing; handles raw materials; and maintains order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in the production of various confections 2. Participation in all stages of confectionery preparation 3. Maintenance of workplace organization and hygiene · Daily assistance to the Pastry Chef in preparing various confections (sweets, cakes, and pies), performing simpler tasks such as weighing and preparing ingredients (e.g., cutting and washing fruits, breaking eggs), removing residues from utensils, greasing molds and pans, etc. · Monitors the process by observing oven temperature and product cooking time, as instructed. Removes products from molds and prepares them for finishing, or assumes responsibility for simpler tasks such as filling cakes and pies, applying toppings, and others. · Assists with product packaging and pricing, transports items to the counter, and arranges them in an organized, attractive, easily visible, and accessible manner for customers. · Handles raw materials used in confectionery production (e.g., flour, yeast, chemical ingredients, etc.), according to the production report, and makes them available to the Pastry Chef at the start of the process. · Maintains order and cleanliness of the work area and tools (e.g., mixers, laminators, trays, molds, scales, knives, spatulas, etc.), removes trash and residues, sanitizes floors, surfaces, and used utensils, etc., while also adhering to safety procedures and personal hygiene practices, including proper use of PPE. · Performs other duties related to the position, as directed by the supervisor.
