




Job Summary: Assist the Cook and perform pre-preparation, sanitation, organization, and plating activities while maintaining quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork assisting the Cook The purpose of this role is to assist the Cook and carry out pre\-preparation, sanitation, organization, and plating tasks. Organize the kitchen by performing duties within established quality standards, complying with internal and external regulations and procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Pre\-prepare food items; * Assist in plating dishes; * Close the area; * Perform complementary duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Basic knowledge of food preparation; * Understanding of receiving, portioning, and storing supplies; * Ability to handle high-volume workloads; * Basic knowledge of cold room organization; * Full availability of working hours; * Minimum requirement: completed high school; **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Daily from 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM * One fixed day off per week and one Sunday per month. * Availability for additional hours outside regular schedule.
