Organizing and cleaning the workplace **We Need:** Cook/Line Cook Daily Responsibilities The routine is highly varied. On busier days, focus is on preparing skewers and artisanal hamburgers; on slower days, assistance is provided in producing portions/appetizers. Daily "mise en place" is practiced to support service during open hours for customers.
