Knowledge of HR department routines and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). **Position: HR Assistant** **Location:** Foz do Iguaçu/PR – Parque Presidente 1 **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h15 lunch break. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary of R$ 2.100,00 * Meal Card: R$ 650,00 * Fuel Allowance: R$ 200,00 (at affiliated gas station) **Responsibilities:** * Process payroll closure, vacation payments, 13th salary, and employment terminations; * Record and manage employee benefits and transportation vouchers; * Provide customer service and clarify labor-related procedures; * Interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and apply current legislation. **✅ Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in the Human Resources Department; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Responsible, communicative profile committed to deadlines; * Prior experience in an accounting office is desirable.
