Conduct daily inspections of ongoing works, identifying deviations, needs, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in providing technical guidance to the operational team, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and regulations. Act as the liaison with requesting departments, clarifying doubts and gathering information about maintenance and construction demands. Support service scheduling together with the supervisor and coordinator, prioritizing tasks based on criticality. Prepare technical and quantitative assessments of required materials, supplies, and services. Manage budget quotation requests with suppliers and third-party service providers. Support furniture form management by consolidating departmental requests and soliciting quotations from carpentry workshops. Provide technical and administrative support to the maintenance team, integrating information for management purposes. Ensure timely updates and recording of information in internal maintenance and control systems.
