Leadership, organization, and communication The professional will be responsible for **managing and coordinating teams of masons, carpenters, laborers, and other civil construction workers**, ensuring smooth project progress and adherence to deadlines and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Read and interpret architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings * Plan and control material usage throughout the construction process * Organize work fronts and monitor service execution * Maintain effective communication with engineers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders * Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven work experience as a Construction Foreman (as documented in employment record) * Knowledge of reading project drawings and technical details * Familiarity with construction materials, their applications, and characteristics in civil construction * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
