Conduct daily rounds at ongoing worksites to identify deviations, needs, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in providing technical guidance to the operational team, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and regulations. Act as the liaison with requesting departments, clarifying doubts and collecting information about maintenance and construction requests. Support service scheduling together with the supervisor and coordinator, prioritizing tasks based on criticality. Prepare technical and quantitative assessments of required materials, supplies, and services. Manage budget request processes with suppliers and third-party service providers. Support furniture form management by consolidating departmental requests and soliciting quotes from carpentry workshops. Provide technical and administrative support to the maintenance team, integrating information for management purposes. Ensure timely updates and registration of information in internal maintenance and control systems.
