Conduct daily rounds at ongoing services to identify deviations, needs, and improvement opportunities. Assist in providing technical guidance to the operational team, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and regulations. Act as the liaison with requesting departments, clarifying doubts and gathering information about maintenance and construction requests. Support service scheduling together with the supervisor and coordinator, organizing priorities based on criticality. Prepare technical and quantitative surveys of required materials, supplies, and services. Manage budget requests with suppliers and third-party service providers. Support furniture form management by consolidating departmental requests and soliciting quotes from carpentry shops. Provide technical and administrative support to the maintenance team, integrating information for management purposes. Ensure updating and recording of information in internal maintenance and control systems.
