Project coordination and construction site supervision The Architectural Designer is responsible for developing, detailing, and coordinating architectural projects, translating concepts into technical graphic representations (floor plans, sections, elevations) using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Duties include conducting site measurements, surveys, client communication, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and deadlines. **Detailed Job Description:** * **Main Responsibilities:** Develop architectural projects, technical drawings, and layouts; perform 3D modeling, rendering, and carpentry/stone detailing. * **Coordination:** Analyze and coordinate the architectural project with complementary projects (structural, MEP). * **Documentation and Supervision:** Conduct field surveys, measurements, documentation completion, and occasionally supervise construction sites. * **Essential Software:** AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (BIM), Lumion, and Microsoft Office Suite. * **Behavioral Skills:** Organization, proactivity, teamwork, strong communication, and deadline orientation.
