If you possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and enjoy working on innovation, join our team! **Responsibilities:** Fix critical bugs, perform advanced performance optimizations (ABAP on HANA), and refactor existing ABAP code (Z-code) to continuously improve code quality and maintainability; Serve as a technical reference in analyzing functional and technical specifications, proposing innovative and efficient ABAP development solutions, and challenging requirements when necessary; Define and implement unit and integration testing strategies to ensure the quality and robustness of developed solutions; Guide and mentor junior and mid-level ABAP developers, disseminating technical knowledge, best practices, and promoting team development; Lead the application of agile development methodologies and the use of code management, version control, and CI/CD tools; Collaborate actively with solution architects, functional analysts, and business areas to design and implement technical solutions addressing the Group Sipal’s complex challenges; Ensure comprehensive, clear, and up-to-date technical documentation for all developments; Lead and actively participate in code reviews, establishing and ensuring adherence to high-quality development standards; Provide Level 3 technical support for highly complex incidents, conducting in-depth investigations and implementing definitive solutions; Research, evaluate, and propose adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and development approaches within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem (e.g., ABAP RAP, Fiori Elements, Cloud Platform). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience in ABAP development for SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with proven participation in high-complexity projects; Solid experience developing all types of RICEF objects, including complex interfaces (IDocs, Proxies, REST/SOAP APIs) and robust enhancements; Extensive hands-on experience in ABAP program analysis, advanced debugging, and performance optimization; Experience in technical leadership of development teams or mentoring ABAP developers; Proficiency in ABAP programming language, Object-Oriented ABAP, and design patterns; Experience with ABAP development tools (Eclipse with ADT, SE80, etc.) and performance analysis tools (SAT, ST05\); In-depth knowledge of ABAP Data Dictionary (DDIC) and data modeling; Advanced experience with enhancement techniques (User\-Exits, Customer\-Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework); Proficiency in developing complex reports (ALV Grid/Tree, SAP List Viewer); Solid experience creating and maintaining forms (SmartForms, Adobe Forms); In-depth knowledge of ABAP performance tuning, including ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP); Experience developing Web Services (SOAP/REST) in ABAP. **Desirable Qualifications:** Proficiency in ABAP programming language, Object-Oriented ABAP, and design patterns; Experience with ABAP development tools (Eclipse with ADT, SE80, etc.) and performance analysis tools (SAT, ST05\); In-depth knowledge of ABAP Data Dictionary (DDIC) and data modeling; Advanced experience with enhancement techniques (User\-Exits, Customer\-Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework); Proficiency in developing complex reports (ALV Grid/Tree, SAP List Viewer); Solid experience creating and maintaining forms (SmartForms, Adobe Forms); In-depth knowledge of ABAP performance tuning, including ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP); Experience developing Web Services (SOAP/REST) in ABAP; SAP ABAP Professional or Specialist certification; S/4HANA Development certifications; Advanced English (technical reading, writing, and speaking); Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to diverse audiences. **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri \- 08:00–18:00\. **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PCD).
